Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SingLoud karaoke application (the "Service") operated by Naru711.com ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
• Use the Service to store or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.

4. Content and Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with YouTube for video playback and third-party lyrics providers. All video content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host, store, or distribute any video or music content — the Service provides a personal interface to publicly available content.

Lyrics displayed through the Service are fetched from third-party sources. We make no representations about their accuracy or completeness.

5. Intellectual Property

The SingLoud application code, design, and branding are the property of Naru711.com You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

All music, video, and lyrics content accessed through the Service remains the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naru711.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date above.

10. Payments, Free Trial & Refund Policy

SingLoud offers a 14-day free trial. A valid credit or debit card is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. On day 15, a one-time fee of $9.99 USD will be automatically charged to your card, granting you lifetime access to the Service.

You may cancel your trial at any time before day 15 from your account settings, and you will not be charged. Cancellation after the charge has been processed does not entitle you to a refund.

All sales are final. SingLoud does not offer refunds or credits for any payments once processed.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. SingLoud does not store your payment card details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
